Your First Therapy Visit at WITCORF Physical Therapy
Your first therapy visit will last 1 hour. During this time, you will meet with your therapist to establish a personalized treatment plan aimed at achieving your physical therapy goals. Subsequent appointments will also be approximately 1 hour. The frequency of your visits will be determined by your doctor and therapist. Please arrive 20 minutes early for your initial appointment to allow our front office staff to organize your paperwork and make necessary copies of your insurance information.

Payment Information
Payment is due at the time of each service. Our front office staff will inform you of your financial responsibilities on your first visit, if not before. We accept cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
